Gymnastics for Circus is a unique blend of art and sport perfect for young people. We offer a beginner to intermediate class which utilises all apparatus in the gym to deliver a progressive and fun training program. We provide a space and opportunity for creative and active people to explore movement and creative potential at our Pakenham gymnastics centre.

In Gymnastics for Circus we focus on the physical qualities required to safely perform a variety of beginner to intermediate circus skills. These classes build fine motor skills, gross motor skills, strength, body tension, and spatial awareness.

Circus class options

Students participate in Gymnastics for Circus as a standalone interest or in conjunction with our gymnastics classes. Enjoy a unique class where students have fun and learn new skills while exploring the possibilities of their body and movements.
