Ninja Zone – combining gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and parkour
Ninja Zone classes combine gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement to introduce kids to the exciting world of Ninja Sport! In Ninja Zone class, kids learn flips, rolls, jumps and kicks, in combination with strength and agility courses. This fast paced and fun new sport creates a solid foundation for success, based on important values and character building techniques.

My first lesson
We understand that new environments can be daunting for some children. Our staff is here to assist and help you have a great first experience at the gym. These Visual Schedules may assist your child feel more comfortable and prepared if read before attending your first class.
Remember to ask your coach any questions that you have and let them know if you need any help with anything, or feel worried at all. We can’t wait to see you at gymnastics!

Off to Ninja I go

I wait in the seating area until class begins

My coach calls me into class

I take off my shoes and socks and leave them with my drink bottle in a locker

We start with a running obstacle course to warm up our muscles

Then we do our stretching to prepare our muscles for all the awesome skills we are going to learn

We split up into our groups and go to our first fun apparatus.

Then we move to our second fun apparatus

We do some strength and conditioning to make us extra strong and fit

We finish the class with our ninja kicks and our ninja mantra!

Before we go home our coach lines us up and tells us all the great things we did
