What Is JumpStart?
JumpStart is our early years gymnastics program designed to build strong bodies, confident minds and happy, capable kids from the very beginning.
Through a mix of structured activities and purposeful play, children develop coordination, balance, strength and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment. Each class is carefully designed to support physical, social and emotional development, with age-appropriate challenges that grow with your child.
With guided exploration, themed sessions and a focus on positive experiences, JumpStart helps little ones build independence, confidence and a love of movement that sets them up for life.
Who Is It For?
For babies, toddlers and preschoolers, JumpStart is perfect for little ones who are ready to explore, move and grow in a fun, supportive environment.

What Will My Child Learn?
Your child will build confidence in their body as they develop balance, coordination, strength and flexibility through fun, structured activities. They’ll learn how to listen, follow instructions and take turns, while also growing their independence, social skills and love of movement.
As children progress, they build the physical confidence and movement literacy needed to move into GymFun, a competitive program or other sports when the time is right.
