It covers communication, payments, attendance and make up classes, enrolment changes, safety, and general expectations to help us provide a consistent, safe and positive experience for all members.

Health and Safety Policies

Our Extreme Heat Policy outlines how we manage hot weather to keep gymnasts, families and staff safe. It includes when classes may be cancelled, how decisions are communicated, and the steps we take to reduce risk on warm days, so you know what to expect during extreme conditions.

In the event of an injury, our coaching team will provide first aid and contact parents/guardians as required. An incident report will be completed for all injuries that occur at the club.

Help us get to know your child! Our Gymnast Profile Form allows you to share important information about your child’s needs, preferences, and any relevant medical or behavioural details. This helps our coaches provide the best possible support and create a safe, positive experience in every class.
